Are we there yet?

This is here to show that Mommy and Daddy actually had lives in their pre-Lydia days, and even in the days before they met each other. This will be a similar grouping of places as on the Other Travels page. As these go back several decades, it will probably never be complete, but it should make for somewhat interesting reading.

Mommy and Daddy have been to 40 states together, and Mommy has been in a few of the 10 others (SC, MS, LA, AR, OK, TX, NM, AZ, NV, and AK).

The places listed above can be broken into four categories, two large and two small:

1. Places where neither had been to until they went together (this usually happened on long trips, such as to New England, Florida, the Dakotas, the Pacific Northwest, and Hawaii)
2. Places that one had been to, and later introduced the other to (this is usually the case where one has special memories from childhood)
3. Places where both had visited separately, then later visited together (these are generally large and fairly handy attractions, such as the Henry Ford Museum and Cedar Point)
4. Places where both had visited separately, but haven’t been back to (e.g., Lincoln’s birthplace, Field Museum)
