another one of my all-time favorite snacks
 
1/2 cup    cottage cheese  
1/2 can    DelMonte Carb Clever sliced pears  
 
1 -select canned, water packed, artificially sweetened pears, pineapples, peaches, or fruit cocktail (calories vary, be sure to check). Try fresh or frozen apples, bananas, blueberries, mixed fruit...you can't go wrong!
2 -add ½ cup low-fat or fat free cottage cheese (~80 cal)
3 -YUM
