Karl Rove has informed the president that he will be indicted and will resign his White House post, according to Jason Leopold at Truthout. Leopold has doggedly followed the Plame scandal and has scooped major news outlets in his reporting.
Update: Rove has been indicted.

I read the same thing yesterday, too. Any confirmation from anyone else yet?
