A College Friend's Take on Intelligent Design
Howard Troxler and I both lived in Morrison dormitory, UNC-Chapel Hill, 1978-9. I remember him as a friend and mentor. (He was a junior when I was a freshman.) Now, he's a columnist at the St. Petersburg (FL) Times. Here's his take on intelligent design.

I right now am making my most tight-assed, pinched-face look as is humanly possible. How dare he ridicule the appendix!
I understand that these yahoos now are harassing Natural History museum docents with their new (old) version of the world. A bunch of flat earthers!
