BLUEBERRY MUFFINS


INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs. Beat well.
  4. Stir in milk.
  5. Stir in flour mixture.
  6. Stir in blueberries.
  7. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  8. Bake about 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
(Yield: 12 muffins)
