In the silent vamipre film Nosferatu, the title character communicates with his real estate agent via letters written in a occultish-looking script. I assume that the writing for these props was just made up for the movie, but clearly they were influenced by cyrillic letters and occult symbols.

The first example is a letter from Count Orlok to his real-estate agent in which he expresses his desire to purchase a house (note the drawing of a house on the verso).

Later, when Hutter visits Count Orlok's castle, we see the count reading another letter that is not explained.
