People have asked where I get the books I've been using. Some are mine,
some have been loaned to me by fellow SILS students/alumnae, some have been mailed to me by incredibly generous authors, and some have
been checked out of the Ann Arbor Public Library. Through the miracle of
PhotoShop, I can "remove" the library's stickers from the book covers.
Three records (so far) have been added by another reader; we have traded files electronically to get them added to the database. It seems to work well, and I hope it will add to the diversity of the books included here.
About copyright: the cover images are copyrighted works, held by the
respective publishers. None of the publishers contacted have a problem
with their being used here, and some are even providing links to this site from their web pages.
