- This was the first Nora Roberts' book which I read, and while it won't be one my favourites, it has inspired me to look into other titles written by her. (C.H., 1-18-98)
No matter how it's packaged for reissued editions, this is a skimpy category romance of the type Nora Roberts can probably toss off in her sleep. She adds nothing new to a worn-out plot--bodyguard falls in love with stalker-victim celebrity whose body he guards--and the book is too short and sketchy for satifactory character development, IMO. (E.P., 4-22-97)
I read this book when it was originally published, and it
was my favorite of the three books, and like to reread it
every once in a while. It is definitely a book I would
recommend to my friends. (K.W., 6-17-96)
