- Reader comments:
- Wonderful book--don't let the medieval-sounding dialogue throw you, you get used to it. Beautiful story of a totally honorable man, and the woman he comes to love. The final scenes are some of the most touching ones I've ever read. (D.N., 7-5-96)
Not quite as good as the prequel, "The Vow," but still a very good adventure. I haven't read any of Ms. Spencer's other novels, but her medievals make pretty good reads. (N.J., 5-28-96)
