Reader comments:
I never thought I'd see the Faust legend in a Regency, but here it is and done brilliantly. The hero is particularly well drawn, and I liked the realistic consequences of his and the heroine's actions A fine start for Harbaugh. ml (M.L.N., 6-2-97) I appreciate and enjoy that slight touch of the supernatural. The writing is crisp and good. (L.W., 3-28-97) Every time I read a Book by Karen Harbaugh, I learn more about writing a well crafted novel. (M.C., 3-14-96) This book had an extremely interesting premise, and I liked seeing how the hero changed from the beginning. However, I enjoyed _The Vampire Viscount_ much better! (C.B., 1-20-96)
