- Loved murphy from the first book, but couldn't see why he loved shannon. Bitchy, brittle, shannon. What a shame that Murphy couldn't end up with a woman who would really let him take care of her. Murphy saved the book. Funny kind, definately my kind of hero. (C.C., 3-19-98)

After reading all three books in the Born In trilogy, I just had to say I loved them. As one of three sisters myself, the family bond in these books, as well as other books I've read by Roberts, was magnificent. The romance and sex appeal, mixed with everyday life, make Roberts one of my favorite authors. With some of her books in a series, I'm able to form a stronger attachment to her characters. I look for her books everywhere and look forward to future releases. (T.S.A., 4-18-97)
After reading the other two books you just knew that Murphy was going to be set up with the other sister. Not handled to badly but I enjoyed reading about Maggie and Brianna more than Shannon. The dream sequence was a bit to much as well. (C.C., 4-16-97)
Good followup to the others. Nice way to round out the trilogy. (B.P., 10-24-96)
I liked the whole series but thought that the first two books were
much better than this one. The dream/reincarnation plot was a bit far-fetched.
However, I loved the idea of pairing up Murphy and the mystery-sister from America. (C.F., 10-22-96)
I loved all three books. Ms. Roberts never lets you down. I didn't
want the book to end. (P.T., 10-3-96)
Totally predictable and full of cutey-pooh Irish "atmosphere," as is the rest of this trilogy. On the other hand, Roberts shows some skill in capturing Irish speaking styles. Too bad she didn't spend more time developing this trilogy (E.P., 8-4-96)
