Reader comments:
As an Afican-American woman I enjoyed reading a romance novel about black people. I could relate to the characters and enjoyed the story. To Ms. Benson I say "Go on girl!" and I look forward to your future novels. (S.F., 3-23-97) I liked this book because it seemed a lot *realer* to me than many of the contemporary romances I've read. I'm not black, but I could relate to these characters and their problems and relationships a lot more than the glitzy people in some other books. (C.M.K., 1-1-97)
