At the end of the term, you will submit a portfolio containing the following items:

1.  A cover letter which considers the following (but not necessarily in this order):

• Your development as a writer during the course;
• Observations about technical and professional writing and issues raised in the course;
• What you believe the three Short Assignments that you selected for the portfolio and your group's collaborative project demonstrates about you as a writer and your performance as a team member;
• Anything else you feel I should know about the assignments and your performance during the term.

2.  The final drafts from three of the four Short Assignments.

3.  Your group's Collaborative Project.  Your group only needs to submit one copy of the Collaborative Project; just let me know in whose portfolio I will find it.  Since your group may do a Web based project, you may need to include only the directions on where to find your project.
