She writes:

Chris is amazing, and I've nattered on about this before, but it bears repeating. With 1,000 registered users the fact that he remembers any of us amazing. But he looks at me and says, "I know who you are, you just aren't as tan." And "How's the book going?"

I can't tell you how touching that was. I don't care if he studied notes right before he walked in the door on "who's who" the fact that he cared enough to do it is amazing to me. Especially on the second to last stop on a gruelling tour schedule.

I just admire him so much on so many levels.

I forgot to metion the part where I asked Chris for a Tic Tac. Excuse me, can you sigh the 8 books I have here, and Oh, you have TicTacs, can I have one?

I guess that's it. The tic tacs were Wintergreen.
