Developed line of tri-chrome electroplating baths and products. Work involved keeping research records, experimentation, construction and operation of a product testing pilot tank.

Responsible for customer quality control in zinc and nickel. Developed new formula for acid zinc plating bath. Work involved group research, and interaction with customers and sales representatives.
