Allen Creek North Drain Easement and Affected Properties

The drain easement, shown in blue above, extends approximately 60-66 feet on either side of the Allen Creek drain (Janis Bobrin, personal interview), which is represented by the yellow line. Within the easement, no permanent structures are permitted to be constructed or significantly modified. Although buildings currently stand within the easement, if it was necessary to repair the drain these might need to be removed and could not be reconstructed. Also, if the structure was in some way damaged, it would not be allowed to be repaired. The properties affected by the drain easement running through their areas can be seen, along with the other areas that are within the floodplain (in green).
