ZIP CODES THAT RECEIVED MAIL SURVEY
METHODS: A systematic sampling frame was used to select survey recipients. Every 51st residence, out of 51,009 listed in the telephone directory, was selected and a mailing list compiled. One thousand surveys were sent to the residents of five Ann Arbor zip codes and two Ypsilanti zip codes. Five hundred surveys included the EPA brochure.
