There are five sheets in total in a complete plot form packet: Forest Lake landform plot, ground cover coverage, vegetation data, general soil data, and soil profile description. The first three of these can be downloaded directly from microsoft word below, both soil data sheets were used from past projects that Dr. Barnes has worked on. These last two were scanned into the computer and can be printed off by "cropping" them in Adobe Photoshop, and then printing them.
