NRE 530 Project: Possible Future Research

Clearly this project did not resolve many questions surrounding the causes, affects, and implications of population movement. This project succeeds in suggesting alternative methods of communicting this mind-numbingly tedious information. Future research in the vein of communcation theory and spatial problem solving could look into:

using countours to show gradient levels of population to illustrate the "lowlands" of the western states
using countours to show percent change in population in a gradient fashion
