"Future" Land Use

Future land use is based on masterplans compiled by each township. A masterplan is a guide but not rule for the development of the area. The masterplans range in completion date from 1973-1998. For this analysis housing type was broken out. Because residential land uses are expected to grow the fastest it is useful to show what types of housing will account for the increase.
