2% of the block groups we studied had over 3/4's of their
residents living under the poverty leve. These were scattered about
Area 'B'. 15% of the block groups had between 1/2 and 3/4's of their
residents living under the poverty level. 50% of the block groups had between
1/4 and 1/2 of their residents living below the poverty level. These
sets of block groups were clustered nearer to inner city Detroit.
