When prompted for your login and password, enter them.

When the document appears,

down arrow 
return (Go to UMCE Subscription..)

down arrow X 2
return (Go to the UMCE a la carte..)

down arrow X 5
return (Confer U Participant)

return (Welcome to Confer U)
down arrow
return (Subscribe me)

You should now be subscribed.  Q, Y to quit.
