Interests and Activities |

My interests span a variety of things. For starters, I love to read. I also spent eight years of my life wrestling, and enjoyed most all of it (with exception of making weight). I've also come to the realization that chess is the best game ever created - and will almost never turn down a match. Since I could walk, I've spent a good deal of time in the woods or marsh as a naturalist (the wildlife watching kind). But it's rare that you run into someone interested in beetles, so I've only included a page on the birding aspect of it. A friend hooked me on watching Japanese animation (anime) during college, and I've seen quite a bit since then - some great and some terrible. Finally just this year I was hooked on Ballroom Dancing here at Michigan. Hopefully I'll keep improving. | |
