-Jan 1999-May 2000: Reactor Laboratories Division Officer: USS GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN-73).  Supervised 25 Engineering Laboratory Technicians while executing responsibility for radiological and chemical quality controls for two A4W Nuclear Reactors.

 

-Dec 1997-Dec 1998: Student Nuclear Power Training Pipeline, Orlando, FL. and Ballston Spa, NY.

 

-Mar 1996-Nov 1997: Combat Information Center Officer: USS MONTEREY (CG-61).  Supervised 42 Operations Technicians in performing command, control, and combat functions for 1.1 billion dollar AEGIS Cruiser.

·         Qualified Surface Warfare Officer, responsible to the Commanding Officer for safe navigation and mission employment of all ships assets including small boats and rotary wing aircraft

·         Recommended for Early Promotion 3 times

·         Ships Safety Officer, administered safety program for 350 person crew

·         Led Cruise Missile Tactical Certification team to first certification of Advanced Tomahawk Weapons System
