Welcome to the Mood and Schizophrenia Lab website.
Our goal is to determine the relationship between brain and behavior in psychopathology. We address questions like: Do individuals with depression and schizophrenia remember things differently than healthy individuals? What cognitive processes (such as orienting, memory updating, and sustained attention) contribute to memory biases? Can cognitive processing in depression and schizophrenia be altered? Our methods include self-report measures, behavioral tasks, and psychophysiological indices of brain function (EEG, ERP, MRI).
