Ha! Sorry. Some path problems, and (yes) you do need to point to *your* tei2.dtd. I fixed your .tcshrc, but I wonder if there isn't something else going on. Do a cp -r ~jpwilkin/murph /work/staff/pfs/dtd-work and put your files into dtd-work, trying your mods there.
