The Parents' Page and the Youth Page are no longer available to the general public
After three years of cooperation with the volunteer-run Parents' and Youth Page staff, the Ann Arbor District Library is now ready to shoulder the burden, and has therefore assumed responsibility for hosting an equivalent service. Unfortunately, it has also adopted a new proprietary policy, insisting that material to which it claims copyright is no longer to be licensed for public use or distribution. Libraries that have adopted or adapted any of the AADL book lists should take note. Questions about this policy or requests for specific links and/or features in the new service should be directed to the AADL SysAdmin, Gary Pollack (firstname.lastname@example.org). In keeping with the wishes of the library, the original pages, containing as they do much material to which the library lays claim, are no longer offered to the general public.
Nevertheless, an archived (and now obsolete) version of the original pages remains accessible to individuals who have asked or have been asked to view them as samples from the web-development portfolios of the designers. You know who you are.
