This study aims to: Understand transactive memory system (TMS) emergence in dispersed environments Generate insights into the formation and utilization of virtual teams

Georgia Institute of Technology, Industrial & Systems Engineering Undergraduate Research Assistant, Intelligent Systems and Controls Laboratory Research Topic: Minimizing medical errors through analysis of equipment maintenance policies and hardware error issues - Exploring the role of hardware technology in enhancing patient safety in hospitals Developed survey questionnaires, collected data from area hospitals on equipment utilization and machine errors, and suggested recommendations to address research problem
