Remove entire south wall. Original wall was badly cracked and sinking. There were no footings. Dirt floor.

The eBarn measures 30 x 50 feet; 18 feet from sill to eave. Wall framing is 2 x 6 combination balloon and post and beam construction. It was built in the late 1930’s by the Lewis brothers out of wood railroad car salvage.
Ground floor is half concrete slab and half over a walkout basement. Interior ceiling heights range from 9 to 12 feet on the ground (studio) floor and 14 feet to the ridge on the second (living space) floor.
