My research expertise lies in nonlinear, computational and experimental dynamics with application to the mechanics of DNA and DNA-protein interactions, MEMS inertial sensor applications, sports training devices, the dynamics of cables, vehicles, and axially moving materials.

My teaching activities include undergraduate and graduate courses in dynamics, vibrations, and vehicle dynamics.
