The Legend of Zelda (Unity Remake)

This is a Unity remake of the Eagle from The Legend of Zelda for NES. It was developed during the first few weeks of EECS 494.

In addition to recreating the dungeon, we were tasked with designing a custom level with a new mechanic. My custom level emerged from a twisted place of hatred and fearful respect for the 8-bit 8-directional literal bats out of hell known as Keese, and the three days it took to perfect their behavior.

Furthermore, sometimes the wallmasters don't reset the level, and sometimes stalfos can walk through walls after you die, so just don't touch the wallmasters and don't die and you're good.

Instructions

  • Use the arrow keys to move
  • Press X to use the weapon in the A slot, Z to use the weapon in the B slot
  • Press the spacebar to switch weapons in the B slot
  • Press '4' to enter the custom level
