How to Keep Your Mouth Clean and Healthy Without Ever Having to Visit a Dentist?

Health problems in the mouth occur mainly because of food particles remaining in the mouth (either between teeth, or around gums, etc.) for long periods of time, like overnight when you sleep, or longer. So, starting with a clean and healthy mouth, you can keep it clean and healthy by making sure that food particles in the mouth are removed completely without too much delay after eating. For this we can use the following procedure.

  1. In the mornings after breakfast, evenings after dinner:

Remove all removable attachments in the mouth kept by your Dentist earlier, and wash them nicely with clean water.

Then use a tooth brush with no tooth paste on it yet, and clean water , to remove all food particles in the mouth around the gum and back of the teeth as much as possible.

Then apply tooth paste on the tooth brush and brush the teeth nicely with it.

Then use the tooth brush to brush the tongue nicely, and then clean the tongue nicely with a tongue cleaner. After that you can use that tooth brush with the tooth paste on it to clean the attachments taken out earlier; and then put the brush as it is on top of a glass, and clean the attachments nicely using clean water, and put them aside if it is morning, or put them in a bowl of clean water if it is evening and take it out of the bowl next morning when you are ready to eat your breakfast.

Then use the tooth brush to brush the teeth some more, and then clean the tooth brush with clean water.

Now rinse the mouth clearly using clean water. After this use floss to remove any food particles left between teeth.

After flossing, clean the mouth with clear water , then if it is morning you can put in the mouth the cleaned attachments put aside earlier.

  2. In the afternoon, after eating lunch, do the same as in the morning, but omitting the brushing with the tooth paste.

This procedure helps keep the mouth clean and healthy. I am writing this from my personal experience.
