If your browser is rigged to play midi files, you can click on the
speaker icon to hear a crude version of the tune. It's a short file,
set up to play through the round once as a single line and then once
with all four voices.
Notes: The great bells of the English churches are usually given nicknames. "Tom"
is the name of the great bell of Oxford's Christ Church, and the bell tower is
often called "Tom Tower".
The tin can was not invented until the time of Napoleon. (It was invented as
a means of preserving his army's rations.) Before that, the word meant "a
container", usually a drinking vessel of some kind.
