Directions to St. Mary's (Orchard Lake)

For those attending The "Classics on the Lake" concert (Dave Wagner/Ervin Monroe/Alexander Zonjic) on April 5th:

Directions to Shrine Chapel of St. Mary's College
From intersection of I-696 and Orchard Lake Road, go 5.8 miles straight north. At this point, the road reaches Orchard Lake (the actual lake, not the town), and veers right to go around the lake on the southeast side.

In only .2 miles, there is a traffic light at Long Lake Road. Only .3 miles further, Orchard Lake Road suddenly veers to the right away from the lake, and you must make the FIRST LEFT HAND TURN POSSIBLE after the Long Lake Road traffic light. This is Indian Trail, but there is no visible sign to indicate it. Luckily, there is a miniscule left turn lane.
Indian Trail continues along the lake edge. In exactly .5 miles, there is a stop sign at the entrance road to St. Mary's. Turn right, go up the hill past the brick buildings on the left, turn left into the parking lot, and the chapel is straight ahead on your right.It looks something like a Chinese pagoda.
From Ann Arbor, M-14 east, I-275 north, I-696 east to Orchard Lake Road.
