It really is amazing what a bit of insulation and some drywall can do to warm a space up.

The room is entirely roughed-in. What remains is trim, doors, repairs to the floor, and the drawers for the built-in dresser. The room is also bat-proof at last. There is always an early stage of a demolition that gives Nancy the heeby-jeebys-when the wall spaces are open and the accumulated filth of the ages is on display, and when the bats living in some of the small spaces have access to our spaces.
