The end of a very long weekend. Fifteen drawer boxes from three sheets of 1/2 inch birch plywood.

Spent the entire weekend reducing three sheets of birch plywood to sawdust and the fifteen drawer boxes for the media center. I do love my dovetail jig, but 120 board ends is a lot of routing to do.

The media cabinets are done. On to the windows and blinds.

Last month I ordered a single venetian blind from a company I've never used before (SelectBlinds.com). Happily, their product was high quality and easy to install. Most importantly, the whole room will only cost about $850 instead of the $1300 I was quoted for the same product locally. Today I ordered the rest of the blinds for the room.
