MBE (Dipl. Wi-Ing.) in Industrial Engineering, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (University of Karlsruhe), Germany. Thesis: Development of a 1D simulation model to predict three-way catalytic converter performance under different stages of catalyst aging.

Current Research

Spatially resolved, quantitative carbon monoxide diagnostics for high pressure and high temperature environments.

The research is performed in the Walter E. Lay Automotive Laboratory of The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, in collaboration with the Combustion Research Facility of the Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore, Ca.

Hobbies

Racing the "Wolverine", the University of Michigan's Formula SAE race car.
