The Alzheimer’s Association provides a wealth of community programs and services through its national network of chapters. some chapters offer special programs such as assistance to persons with Alzheimer’s who live alone, rural and/or multicultural outreach, care coordination services, and training programs for families and professionals. You can find local chapters through the National web site.

The goal of ALZwell is to provide information, education and support to families caring for aging loved ones, especially those coping with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias. To that end, they provide knowledge, tools and community to help caregivers improve the quality of life for both themselves and their aging loved ones.

The Administration on Aging maintains an Alzheimer's Resource Room.

Elder Care Online is a website for family and caretakers. They have a section on Alzheimer's.

ElderWeb is an online site for information for caregivers.

The National Institute for Health (NIH) maintains a website on Alzheimer's. It is locate in the section of the National Institute of Aging(NIA).

Michigan Alzheimer's Disease Research Center contains information on their research and programs.
