Free Cell Phone Service

The federal government is sponsoring a porgram Called SafeLink. For eligible individuals (those who receive food stamps, SSI, live in Section 8 housing or have incomes less than $15,000 a year may qualify for a free phone and 68 free minutes a month. A very good deal for those with medical conditions or who need a phone but can't afford one.
