Educational Resources for Diabetes

The Michigan Diabetes Outreach Network has a listing of support group by region as well as lots of brochures, educational information and links. It now has regional resource directories that includes information on where individuals can get supplies and needed care and includes places that have low cost or free services. Resource directories are in the sections on the various regions and you have to click on the region button at the bottom of the page to access them.
