General motivation: I try to produce great art which gives the viewer a pleasurable experience and can be appreciated by both experts and the "public". The areas of interest I focus on are traditional themes having to do with those aspects of the human condition expressed by dance and athletic striving in sports such as Gymnastics and Diving which emphasize grace and beauty.(Click on blue Artist's statement button for more elaborate statement).
