Hi Simon,
I usually don't like having my picture taken, but since you asked to see what I look like, I am sending you some pictures. One is of me last Halloween -- it doesn't tell you what I look like as me, but my patients at the hospital really liked seeing me as Piglet. The other two are ones of me at work -- at my messy desk, thinking of you, and at a meeting with the team of people I work with helping other kids like you so they don't have pain or itching or nausea. I hope you like them! And I hope you're feeling well today!
I'll also send you the photo from 2 years ago at Halloween -- my take on a 1950's prom queen, also a big hit with the kids.... The bat is my colleague, Dr. Donna Patton, who's even more wacky than I am...
