Friends and colleagues of Robert M. Freund are organizing a special celebration honoring his 60th birthday on the evening of Sunday, May 18th, immediately preceding the SIAM Conference on Optimization (OP14). The event will consist of 2 hours of technical presentations by current and former students and collaborators, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, followed by a dinner banquet.
