Len Middleton is a faculty member in the Strategy and Entrepreneurial Studies department at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
He is a board member of the Samuel Zell & Robert H. Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies, faculty member with the William Davidson Institute, and faculty advisor for the Tauber Manufacturing Institute.

Len is in the process of starting River Rock Group, a private equity firm that specializes in buyouts and other investment opportunities.
He was the president of Middleton & Company, a global advisory firm that focused on a wide variety of corporate strategy issues for senior management, strategic manufacturing issues, and the development and funding of high-tech startup companies.
He has worked in a family business and has a broad range of entrepreneurial experience. Len is a member of several boards. He is also a Gentleman Farmer. His education includes bachelors degrees from The University of Michigan and an MBA.
