I am a PhD candidate in Public Policy and Economics at the University of Michigan.

My primary fields of interest are public finance and development economics, but I am also interested in topics related to international finance and environmental economics.

My current research agenda focuses on public finance issues in developing economies, with a particular interest in the use of fiscal policy as a development tool. In my job market paper I use bunching analysis to study the behavioral implications of a corporate minimum income tax scheme in Guatemala.

I am on the job market this year and will attend the 2018 ASSA Annual Meeting.
