| Description: | How do different members of a team within a company manage a project? Who and what kind of job roles are involved? These questions were the center of this project. I was in charge of data logging and moderating onsite group task analyses of Oracle clients, and Internal Oracle team, as well. Analysis was conducted by constructing a task flow and comparing task flows from different companies. |

HCM Productivity Analysis KLM

| Description: | A GOMs technique, the KLM was a heuristic used to compare older and newer generations of Oracle business applications' productivity for expert users. I was part of interfacing with development and PM teams to figure out the tasks to compare, and actually using the KLM tool to compare productivity. |
