Oracle HCM Talent Review Dashboard Study

Description: For this project, it was important to understand the customers who would use this product. I Modified the existing screener to screen participants for recruiting. I also recruited participants for sessions. It was important to understand the purpose of the prototype and ideal click path. During usability test sessions, I observed participants and data logged regarding what the participant said, and took note of personal insights, as well. In total, I moderated two sessions. I then created a findings table for the final report.

Oracle HCM Incentive Management Study

Description: For this project, it was important to understand the purpose of the prototype and ideal click path. During usability test sessions, I observed participants and data logged regarding what the participant said, and took note of personal insights, also. I also moderated sessions as well, using the script I created. With the data recorded, I created a findings table with issues most to lease urgent, with recommendations. I communicated the findings to team members, including the prototyper and Project Manager.

Usability Review Board Project

Role: Liason between Client and Internal Software Development Team, Offer recommendations to usability issues

Duration: 1 month
Description: A client of a PeopleSoft application provided a detailed report on usability issues they have been facing for some time. I organized issues that are most urgent into PowerPoint and contacted the the Software Development team that created the application, through an interaction designer who worked with them, previously. We had a meeting with the development team to discuss the issues and try to fix or at least have a plan to address these issues later on in the development cycle. I communicated the findings in PowerPoint to the Product Manager, and the final deliverables were given to the client. The client was very impressed with out efforts to mitigate these issues.
