My fiction tends towards the sad, the odd, and the funny things in life. Nothing here is strictly autobiographical, nor void of pieces of my own life and experiences. At the end of the day though, I try not to say too much with my prose. Instead, I just write and record the images in my head as best as I can and try to make sense of it what I see as I go.

Two Words What Dreams May Come Destinations
A story that started as recording a good weeked with a few friends I hadn't seen in a while. Two Words is the first chapter or section in either a novella or a longer short story I've been working on since the middle of October 2011. The product of a disturbing nightmare, a real trip to New York, and a bit of fabrication, this is probably the most disturbing story I've written to date. What Dreams May Come stewed for a bit, while I figured out how to best tell the story it needs to tell. Destinations came out of a desperate flurry of writing to meet a deadline, which is why I think it reads the way it does. The story is about the strange journey the narrator takes one night after realizing he doesn't quite feel like going with the flow for the evening.
