My PhD advisor was Benson Farb at the University of Chicago. Here is my CV(updated 2010). I serve as the Michigan topology seminar organizer.

Research:
Through my research I aim to continue the rich study of asymptotic group theory, find deeper understandings of group theoretic properties through numerical invariants, and explore number theoretic behavior in groups.
