something... about music

This page is dedicated to the Ministry of Sound
for creating the Trance Nation series (Ferry Corsten)
and for having a usable, well organized, informative website

Wanna see my "Home" Audio System?

There are many ways to obtain music for your personal listening
needs. You can go to your local record store and purchase tapes,
compact discs and vinyl records. You can also get almost all
the music you need off the internet. I can't really help you
get to the store, but I can help you get music off the net.

Audiogalaxy is a place to search and download
music. You can also join groups, and search music
in categories. Very convenient, but it's a bit hard to tell the
difference whether the track is damaged, full length, or misnamed.

Mp3.com is a nice place to find most mainstream
music. However, you're probably not going to
find very many good remixes...

Napster is also a nice way to find music from the
internet. All you need to know is the name of the song
and the artist. Knowing both helps.

WinMX is a program that isn't that user friendly, but
has quite a lot of music. The interface is ugly and hard to read, but,
does anyone really care?

You will most likely be able to find almost all the music you
need with these websites, but I will continue to add additional
sites to better help your search for music.

Again, there are many, many ways to listen to your music. You can
insert a CD into your in-dash CD player, pop a tape into your
portable cassette player, spin a n a record onyour trusty SL-1200,
or click the play button on your monitor. I'm not going to go out
and buy you a new home entertainment system, but I'll help you
get a nice mp3 player for your computer.

Sonique is MY personal favorite PC mp3 player.
Although the setup can get a bit annoying at times,
I think it's the bomb.

Winamp to ME is the most user friendly PC
mp3 player. Howver, the small buttons and tiny display
screen just don't cut it for my taste in audio equipment.

Windows Media Player is the most Windows
friendly PC mp3 player. It can also play mpegs and other video
files. However, its gigantic size, bulky option buttons, the
large amount of unnecessary text, coupled with its ugly exterior
make it hard for me like.

These are my current favorite tracks
